Qwen rebuilt 37,300 runnable terminal environments out of agent logs

Qwen researchers replayed terminal-agent trajectories to rebuild 37,300 runnable environments. Fine-tuning Qwen3.5-27B on the result added 11.9 points on Terminal-Bench 2.1 against the base model.
