LangChain’s OpenAI provider will now run async tools without a sync wrapper

langchain-core 1.6.2, released 4 September, adds async tool support to the OpenAI provider. The same patch fixes in-place mutation bugs in the Bedrock Converse and Google GenAI content adapters, so the shared-state fault existed across three providers rather than one.
