Neither OpenAI’s nor Anthropic’s developer changelog has an entry after 10 September
Two pages that normally carry the week are empty for it.
OpenAI’s API changelog and Anthropic’s API release notes both end on 10 September, read on the fifth day after it.
That is not a gap in this paper’s reporting. Nine areas were swept live against 11 to 15 September and returned no frontier-lab item at all, and the two pages where such an item would have to appear confirm why.
There is nothing here to act on, which is the point of printing it. A week with no lab release is a week to spend on the things below, and those all have deadlines.
The last entries on both pages, on 10 September, are the ones this paper printed on 11 September: the Agents API and key expiry from OpenAI, the Managed Agents permission policy from Anthropic.
What it changes Nothing to do. If you are holding a migration for a model announcement, the announcement did not come this week.
